From then on, Tiger was provided with some opportunities to work for a series of high-end cocktail parties held by some luxury brands. As a result, due to his abundant related working experiences in catering industry, Tiger established his catering management company Hong Chef which has been operated and developped in a sound way over 10 years. In such long period of time, under the leadership of Tiger, his company adheres to the concept of “Happy Chef, Tasty Food; Be in happy mood, with selected fresh ingredients, make the delicate and delicious cuisine.” Hong Chef catering devotes itself to the high-level catering services for the various major enterpises, luxury brands, international competitions and significant events from different fileds
